Transgender - Is The Voice's Sasha Allen a girl?

At the start in high school Sasha was a transsexual and came out to the world as such. Those were difficult years and a lot of stress, however Sasha believed that with the support from his family and friends she could take on anything. Jim and Sasha have now become a formal pair. Both songwriters have performed at various local venues and open mics. Even though The Voice coaches did not talk about Sasha's background, the duo as well as Jim discussed their journey to where they are today through a short introduction clip that was played prior to their performance. Sasha and Jim discussed music that they enjoy as well as how he played guitar at the age of six. The father of Sasha is a music teacher, which made learning the art form easier for his.
